Shipping & Returns
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We work with suppliers from US, EU and China.
We deliver to customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
1. Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. It can take additional 3 - 5 business days (NOT included in the "delivery time") for the manufacturer to process the order!
2. Shipping time: For US orders, after processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 - 20 business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. After shipment, you will receive a tracking link from us via email and you can track your package to your door.
For our international customers (other than the US) the Delivery times may vary depending on your country, local import and customs arrangements and it might take 10-60 days. Faster shipping is available but there will be additional cost! If you are interested in a specific product and you are not located in USA but you want the product ASAP please feel free to contact us at email@example.com and we`ll provide detailed information for shipping time and price!
Shipping to some remote or non-English speaking countries may be unavailable especially for items over 20 pounds, so if you're unsure, please contact us prior to purchasing. For other questions about international deliveries please don't hesitate to contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org!
- Note: Import duties, taxes, and other customs related charges are not included. Buyers bear all responsibility for all extra charges incurred (if any).
- If you order multiple items you may receive them in different packages!
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return!
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
